My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Parakkat Nature Resorts in Munnar. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel at home from the start. The variety and quality of food at breakfast were particularly impressive, and the stunning views added to the experience. However, we faced a disappointing encounter with a staff member regarding our change of plans due to an emergency, which could definitely use improvement.
The rooms were cozy and offered beautiful mountain views, complete with comfortable amenities.
Most of the staff provided excellent service and made our family feel special, although one manager was less accommodating.
The resort is perfectly situated amidst nature, providing a serene escape while still being close to Munnar town.
Breakfast was a highlight of our stay with an array of delicious options that set a positive tone for our days.
